The endorphines rushing to my head as my feat pound on the ground for six miles.
Give a man a chance to think. About life. About love. He reaches a Zen like state. Simply the rythmic sounds and motions, the cold night air pumping in and out of your lungs. Magical.
In my zen state this morning I realized that I have the single best woman in the entire world. And that I am in a near perfect state of being. The pattern of life, layed out a head of me in my mind's eye. All I need is love. Nothing more, nothing less. All else fade's in comparison to my lady.
I love my cadio days.

Yeah, I get that same feeling of Zen when I`m mopping the floor at work...

I HATE exercise.
It makes me pass out.
I'm underweight, and I eat a lot.
I have little to no muscle and the only exercise I get is playing volleyball.
Poli doesn't exercise at all, and I still lose weight.

Ye Olde Prostitute Bones Cardio makes me feel sweaty and gross. surprised It's nice on a good day. I've been working and not sleeping lately so I haven't really had the energy. But it's a lot like how I would feel when I still danced. I did an entire 2 weeks of Hello Dolly on a fractured ankle. I could manage most of it ok, but during the polka, the impact is so hard I'd have tears just streaming down my face. No one could really see that so I just smiled and cried lol. My ankle is ******** permanently, but I couldn't quit the show. Dance/excersize can really be addictive, you hit that plateau and you feel like you can't do anymore, but if you are doing a show, you have to, you can't quit because other people expect you to be there, so when you finally break off of that plateau the endorphine rush is amazing. It's probably why I got so into speed after I quit dance. It's so similar, the amphetamine.
