At One Night Stand, Kurt Angle's open challenge was issued to "anyone, whether they come from a four-sided ring, a six-sided ring, or an eight-sided ring."

Angle got Orton

On TNA, Rhino openly attacked the WWE and Vince McMahon, then issued an open challenge to anyone from an any-sided ring.

Rhino got Monty Brown

Is it just me, or does it seem that the WWE and TNA are afraid to "mix it up" just quite yet? It makes sense, and I can only hope it will be a great company battle when it happens. Maybe Vince learned that competition makes money: when he bought out WCW, professional wrestling ratings dropped radically (aka, the GReat Recession of 2001).

*hides his kat*

you know something, you're absolutely right, some WWE fans can't watch TNA, and this will definently make TNA big...and I mean *BIG*, what really frustrates me is that they would not only have some awesome matches but it'll be another great WRESTLING feud and not just a typical WWE feud and not a typical TNA feud, I guess TNA don't want to face the same fate as the likes of WCW and ECW because they feuded and practically won, but in the end...Vince always win

*mourns*

I just have to point out before I correct the topic, xpac is messed up right now. He's on booze and probably drugs. Last I heard he was trying to get Chyna back into a abusive relationship with him on the surreal life. I don't think that WWE will have him working for them. If they do, I don't see him showing for a long while or maybe just for a short while if it is nearby in the future.

WWE and TNA are not afraid to mix it up, it seems to me that they are now ready to. Vince did learn that competition with WCW did make money, but he learned not to buy out another company again, even though the company is dying. Now lets remember WCW and WWE Monday night wars. What looks to me, that TNA and WWE has made a business deal/pact to work together by competing against each other by having the wrestlers in storyline be aware of each other. A simple way of putting it, they kinda said, "Let's agree to disagree."

The wrestlers that seems to be starting it off are Angle from WWE and Rhino from TNA. I'm going to point out a few things that might be pointed out between the 2 from Angle and Rhino in the progressing of this fued.
arrow Rhino worked in ECW, don't forget it.
arrow Angle almost joined ECW, was kept to our attention ever since his fight with Tazz.
arrow Rhino just left WWE a few years ago

TNA is now becoming more known and it only has an hour to it's show. So think. Why are they challenging WWE now? Well, TNA has some well known superstars from WWE (Christian, Rhino, Bubba, D-Von, Jeff Hardy), so now they are taking stars of WWE and then they can use the superstars history to start things with WWE.
Huh, .. That seems the same as WCW (Hogan, Nash, Razor Ramon)

Umm...I kinda follow you...

are you saying that they made an agreement to start a wrestling fued between the two businesses, but are doing it slowly, so that they can build it up to be REALLY huge and then make REALLY good matches and everything, and do it in a way so that it won't damage either company?

I doubt that's the case.......from what I hear, alot of those folks have had alot of issues with WWE, especially considering that alot of them were fired from WWE or just didn't want to bother with it anymore (Jeff Hardy comes to mind. He screwed himself out of the job but I've heard he wouldn't want to go back WWE anyways). And Vince thinks he's big-s**t, so I doubt he'd do any sort of "gentleman" pact with a rival fed, especially one that grabbed a couple former ECW stars he could've used in the new ECW.

With the right amount of money, you would put up with all sorts of stuff.

I feel so bad for Chyna though, she was awsome.

there is the off chance that if TNA and WWE were to tangle, then TNA would be bought out and the WCW curse would live on...but then again, there would be some awesome matches in collabo type styles, I mean think of it
