Ok, here is the deal.

I was messing around with the construction set for a bit, and I found out how to edit spells, yes, I know, shocking. Anyway, I edited the Eye of Fear power for khajits to paralyze, and it worked, no bugs, all was fine. Then I decide to re-edit it so it turns into a telekinesis spell. And that worked. Here is the problem, I removed both of them from the game because I had gotten bored of them. So I remove both of the .esp files from the data files folder for oblivion. And I just have the .esm in there now, along with whatever else was in there to begin with. I hit restore defaults in the data files and then played the game, all was fine until I enter Olav's Tap and Tack in Bruma. When I go upstairs and go near the door that needs a key to open, I here someone draw a weapon, when I go back downstairs, the world weary guy is fleeing, olav is normal, and I see a door that is locked on average, I open the door with my "1337 lockpicking skilzz" and Ortis comes charging at me with a war axe. I kill him easily and when I attack him, blood goes onto the wall, and his body disappears. Could this be a problem of some sort?
