I found this trought google. Its a step one how to make one. I culd make one but my program is crap. Its worst then the normal paint and impossible to use.
Anyways the badges are there. I know you wouldn't need the guide. But JUST incase you have problems.

Colors: Kinda like a light gun metal grey, and black.

Image Position: Upper Left hand corner, starts around 40 pixels down from the top

Graphic Type and Position: The only specifics I want is that the picture I supplied to be just the picture of me, with the graphics covering the bottom(so it doesn't appear like that's where it ends. The focus of the graphics should be along the top, and the right side.

If you do get around to doing this, I'll pay you. This is due to the size, and ammount of work needed(at least it seems like a lot of work to me.
