Okay here is the thing, I know Sonic had a son and a daughter in the series of comic stories of the future Mobius, and I have one of those stories. But, did the makers of the Sonic comics ever say what Sonic's daughter's name was? If so does anyone know it?

And if they were following the same pattern, I'd guess his son would be Manic... Wikipedia certainly seems to think so.
