Macyn is your normal teenage boy, well amost normal he has his crucks just like the rest of us, but sometime's he alittle weird. But one there was one thing he really liked and that was the outside, that's why he was outside now leaning on a tree reading a book about Carpathian's. Enjoying the shade and sunshine.

Macyn wasn't the only one who enjoyed being outside. A slender preteen was also taking pleasure in the sunshine, one hand idly toying with her grass-green locks, similarly colored eyes flitting to and fro. They paused for a moment, landing on the teenage boy who had taken refuge under a tree. She was curious, despite the fact that her mom had told her to not talk to strangers. Other kids didn't count as strangers, right? And he didn't look really that scary at all...just interesting. So, quietly, she made her way over, pausing when she was only a few feet from the teen and glancing at the book in his hands.
"...Whatcha reading?" Sauda tilted her head idly, rocking back and forth on her heels. She wasn't nearly as shy around people now, having found that it didn't really matter what they thought of her. And she still needed to meet new people, just so her mom wouldn't be so worried about her all of the time.

Macyn looked up at the girl in front of him and smiled pushing black and green hair out of his eyes. She looked small but then he was probably older then the girl.
Looking at the book in his hand and back at the girl it finally regestured that she'd asked him a question. " Dark Demon." That was what he was reading.

He would receive a small, amused smile in return while Sauda waited patiently for an answer. This gave her more time to look the boy over after all--he was so very different than anyone she had met before. He had a strand of green hair--just like hers, and fishnet too! She'd never worn fishnet, but it did look pretty. It was nice and green--she wondered faintly if it came in any other colors.
"Dark Demon?" Hm. That sounded like something she might like. "Is it any good?" Sauda was certainly a lot more open today, not at all afraid of asking questions.

" So far it's pretty good." Macyn said with a nod, before grabbing a orange piece of string and marking the page off. Looking the girl over again he smiled, she had really green hair. She also seemed intrested in his fishnet shirt.
" I'm Macyn." He said offering his had to the young girl, after all he'd been raised with manner's and he normally used them rather well.

Another small smile, and she eyed the piece of orange string, as it was slipped between the pages of the book, amused by how colorful it was. Sauda rocked back on her heels once more, head tilting for a moment as she continued to observe the older boy. He seemed nice already, which was good.
Eyes widened for a moment, and she bit her lip in embarassment, offering another shy smile. "I'm sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Sauda. It's nice to meet you." She took his hand shaking it twice before letting go. Macyn, huh? She liked that name.

Macyn chuckled. " Nice to meet you Sauda, you can sit if you want." He wasn't sure how to act around the younger kids but she wasn't that young and well he dealt okay with Darius, and he lived with him so he wasn't to worried.
" I'm not that intresting though..." He might be he didn't know he just didn't think he was. " So..."

"Thanks." The girl said softly, legs folding as she quietly seated herself in the shade. She was used to hanging around with older kids, and she was a calm little thing by nature. Sauda didn't need a babysitter, or anyone to watch her for that matter. She liked her independence just fine, thanks.
"Well, that's good, because I'm not either." She offered another smile, shoving some of that hair behind one ear. "You seem interesting enough to me though--you read cool stuff." Hands were plopped idly in her lap, occasionally straying to pluck a blade of grass. "Do you come here often?"

Macyn watched the girl sit she seemed to have an air of confidence about her, he liked that. He chuckled a bit when she mentioned his reading material. He liked his books as well. " Thank"
Macyn scanned the park watching the little kids play for a mintue. " I try to come here when ever possible, it's real close to wear i grew up." It was true it was before Ms. Adele and her kindness. Infact he'd stayed the night in this very park a few times. " It feels safe."

Well, it was thanks to some other encounters that Sauda was more confident. Kiku, another little girl she had met, had really helped her come out of her shell, and not care so much about what other people might think about her. Who cared, really, right?
She watched Macyn glance at the others in the park, following suit and giving a look. They did seem to be having fun, didn't they? "Oh, really? Same here...It's close to my new house too." Tsunake let her come to the park whenever she wanted, which was nice. "That's what I think too, but my mom says otherwise." A casual shrug. Her mom was just worried about her, she knew that.

" It's always been safe to me, but then i used to stay here sometime's." He smiled at the fond memory of sleeping in the park and watching the stars twinkle.
" But your mom's probably right time's change and i wouldn't let my kid sister or kid be here alone at night." And it wasn't just because they were girl's either infact he knew women could take care of them self, he just worried alittle more about them then he did guys.

"Everyone I've met here has always been nice," Sauda said thoughtfully. Sleeping under the stars, huh? She'd probably like to do something like that once in her life. It seemed so peaceful...Especially in a place like this, where you could be out by yourself with no one to bother you.
She glanced at him for a moment, as though considering something. "Yeah," Sauda finally said, plucking another blade of grass and beginning to weave it. "I guess they have--things aren't really safe for a kid my age anymore, huh?" Too much stuff went on--she knew, she watched the news sometimes. That didn't mean she liked it, though.

Macyn nodded. " There are one to many creeps out in the world today." He agreed, but he didn't like it. It wasn't fair for people to have to watch there back when they walked down the street, just to make sure someone wasn't going to kill them.
" When you get older there will be more that you can do." He looked out into the woods to the side of the park. " Like going camping with friends." He'd always wondered what that would be like, but didn't have enough friends to do that. " Or maybe your mom will take you out."
