*No sooner had Mr. America been dumped into the dumpster, then the dumpster itself starts moving. It roars to life, picking up the dumpster. The crowd finally sees Edge operating the machine, as the contents of the dumpster... America included... are dumped directly onto CM Punk's head.*

As Punk backed away and prepared to leave for backstage Christian's theme-music starting playing all of a sudden. Using her crutches Sakura was forcing her way out on to the ramp. Unfortunately her entrance provided a distraction and Edge successfully managed to dump the garbage on Punk.
Sakura covered her mouth with a hand, but wether is was to stop herself from laughing or to protect herself from the smell was anyones guess.

"Ah... I was gonna announce the winner but... Now that I think about it I don't think either of you deserve a title shot. Your both stink."

She mumbled into the microphone.
