Alright, I have a friend who might be pregnant. She had sex about 2 months ago...the guy didn't go all the way in, and she's not sure whether or not he used a condom. She skips months in her period, so she can't rely on that as a source. However, she doesn't ever gain weight (due to a fast metabolism and also being very fit), and she put on 5 pounds rather quickly in a short amount of time.
During pregnancy, does a woman just gain the weight of the baby or does she gain other weight as well? When does this weight start to get put on?

She needs to go see a doctor and take a pregnancy test. No matter what theoretical situation you throw at us, we can't give you a positive answer.
And if she thinks she's pregnant, she's going to need to see a doctor at some point anyways. So tell her to suck it up, and that you'll go with her if she wants. Might as well get an answer as to whether or not she's pregnant before she starts freaking out about it.
And yes, if he penetrated her at all, she risks getting pregnant. There's such a thing a pre-c**, which guys can't control, and it does contain sperm. She should also be using condoms, at the very least, and since she doesn't sound too responsible, birth control sounds like a good idea in case she forgets to use a condom.
