Probably with some random person deciding to slap a label on someone else's beliefs which they found dislikable in some way or form. I doubt if anybody "knows" how it originated beyond that.

i read an article on it. i don t remember where it was, but it wasnt wikipedia. it had a binch of really cool stuff on it. I'll try to find it.

Fey is kinda right.Silver Ravenwolf has some opinions in books that beginner pagans end up reading and believeing.And some are not entirly right and they get confused.
