I am currently making a costume of Ryu from Ninja Gaiden, as you can tell I am obsessed with him. Anyways, I am having trouble finding a way to make his Headband. Can any of you give me a good idea? Here is a pic: User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Sorry if its a bit small, its the best picture I can find that wont stretch the page because all the other ones are wall paper.

Thats a headband? Looks kinda like a helmet to me ::giggle:: Then again, I have a bad eye for such things.

There is always the option of the craft foam or plastics

I dont know why I didnt think of posting the link 0_0; Yeah its a headband xD If the pic was bigger then you would be able to see the rest of his ninja mask, and yeah im probaly gonna use plastics. Its kinda hard to do the designs on the headband though sweatdrop

Go to google and type in Armor making for the fiberglass phobic. They have good tips about doing the raised stuff and what types of plastics to use. Its been a good reference so far ^.^
