Okay, general rules of this subforum:
1. On this subforum, I am GOD. Well, no. I'm just the Queen of Spirits (female version of Origin, who is sacred to the elves). Abide by my rules here. I'm pretty strict, as a warning.
2. Be literate. Not just semi literate. I mean literate. I can't stand abbreviations. By 'literate', I mean... + correct capitalizations (a few extra caps are okay, but too few is unacceptable) + mostly correct spelling (everyone misspells a few things, and I understand typos) + at least one sentence per post (no one word posts!) + ABSOLUTELY NO ABBREVIATIONS, unless it's an acronym, like TMM, MMP, KKJ, FMS, AMV, OVA (or OAV), FMA, or ToP
3. Be polite, please. Constructive criticism only, no flaming. Unless that's part of an AMV... where there's fire... but that doesn't exactly count.
4. Also, obey the other important people. You know who they are. They're the other crew members. It should be obvious.

Rules on Fanfiction/Poetry
When posting it...
1. You may only post your own work. If you claim work is your own, and it turns out not to be, I reserve the right to tattle. I'm a good for nothing snitch, after all. However, if you find something extremely fun to read that is not yours, post it and give a disclaimer saying it is not yours, or state who the author is. (This rule has been edited: February 19, 2007, at 4:43 AM gaia time.)
2. All content must be PG-13 or under. If you would rate it higher than that, warn us of what's bad about it, so we don't read it if we don't want to. It would be nice to obey Gaia TOS, but sometimes Fanfiction gets a little overboard.
3. Label all yaoi/hentai/whatever. I hate it, unless I'm warned about it. However, if you are writing a Shinshi Doumei Cross fanfiction about characters like Maguri and Maora, I am already pre-warned about them. You still have to warn other people, though...
4. For one shots/poetry, just make a thread for it, and have people comment on it. Your work should be in the first post.
5. For fanfictions with multiple chapters, my suggestion is to either use your gaia journal for it and link to it, or put it on fanfiction.net. You could certainly use a website like geocities, as well. If you wanted to put it here just in a thread, you MUST have a thread per chapter. People can comment on each chapter that way, and it wouldn't be spoilers for your fic that way. (This rule has been edited: July 23, 2006, at 6:04 PM gaia time. Anyone who is not following this rule who posted before this time is safe from this rule.)
6. More on fanfictions with multiple chapters - Work should still be in the first post. None of this multi-posting business. (This rule has been added: February 19, 2007, at 4:39 AM gaia time. Any thread that is breaking this rule that was posted before this time has nothing to fear from this rule.)
When commenting...
6. No flaming. No flaming characters, the author, or anything about the fic.
7. Complements are always appreciated.
8. If you think you saw it before, be polite about it, and post it on the thread. I'm sure a mod will take a look at it, as will the author. Right...?
Q&A for these rules:
1. Must the fiction be about Tokyo Mew Mew or Mew Mew Power? No, it doesn't have to be. You may use any TV show, book, video game, etc. for your fiction. You could even base it off of Tarot cards for all I care. You just have to say in either the title or the first post of the thread (before your piece of writing or right after) exactly what you wanted to base it off of. You CAN NOT post anything that is simply an entirely original story idea. There has to be something that you're basing at least part of the story off of.

Rules on Images (still images or gifs)
When posting it...
1. Post who made it, even if it wasn't you. If you don't know who made it, don't post it.
2. Keep it PG-13, please. If it isn't, just post a link to the image, and say that it isn't PG-13.
3. NO HENTAI/YAOI. I hate that stuff. And with images, it's worse than with fanfiction. Because you know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Too much description...
4. If you're questioning posting an image, ask me. I'll tell you if it's appropriate.
When commenting...
5. NO FLAMING. But I think that was stated earlier...
6. Complements are good

Rules on AMVs/Flash
When posting it...
1. You may post ones that are not made by you, just don't over do it. I don't want this place flooded with AMVs or flash...
2. Please use this form for AMVs: -- Title: -- Creator: -- Anime(s): -- Song (and who it's by): -- Creator's comments:
3. Sorry, I don't have a form for flash animations. Just post what anime it's from, though that should be common sense, and who created it.
4. No yaoi/hentai/whatever that isn't labeled as such.
5. Keep it PG-13, please.
When commenting...
1. NO FLAMING!
2. Rating AMVs is allowed, if the poster is the creator.
3. Complements are good.
4. Okay, if I change my mind, I will add more...

Consequences:
If you break one of these rules, there is a series of consequences. -- 1. The first mistake is ignored, and forgiven. -- 2. At the second mistake (okay, the first isn't really ignored), you are warned, and advised to review the rules. -- 3. At the third mistake, you are banned from this subforum for a specified amount of time (most likely 2-3 months). -- 4. At the fourth mistake, unless you post during the time you were banned from the subforum, you are ignored in the subforum completely, and all posts you make are deleted. Anyone who replies to you will have their posts edited or deleted. -- 5. At the fifth mistake (or if you post during the time you were banned), you are banned from the guild. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. This rule came from Kira, though.
I reserve the right to change my rules at any time. So review them often. Furthermore, I would like to express how much I appreciate literacy. It makes the forum prettier when you type in full sentences. You can add little things like '~' or '-' to lists or whatever... I don't really care. You can do pretty much whatever you want in terms of decorating your posts. Just please, for my eyes, don't type 'lyk dis', or anything like that. It kills me. I've died so many times already... don't kill me again.
Have fun!
[Still one more post of rules]

Rules on OCs/Made-up Characters
Sorry I deleted all chatty posts in this thread, but that's because I have to add another set of rules. Due to the great number of people who have been posting their characters in this subforum (and really, in theory, shouldn't be without PMing me first about them), I have been asked by Kira to create a set of guidelines when posting your character here. There are also separate consequences, simply because I want to be a little bit different with these.
For Tokyo Mew Mew: 1. You may only post characters here that you have posted in the CURRENT characters thread. For example, I could post my character, Brownie, but if I suddenly created a mew mew named Sage (it is, in fact, a spice) and didn't post her in the characters thread, I wouldn't be allowed to.
2. YOU MUST USE THE FORM THAT IS PROVIDED IN THE MAIN FORUM. If you want to add stuff to that, go right on ahead. But you MUST use at least what is provided for you. Kira worked hard putting that together... In other words, just artwork of your mew is unacceptable. We need to know more.
3. I reserve the right to delete your thread if you disobey these rules. If your character was posted in this subforum before these rules were posted, however, I give you one month to fix it.
For other animes/crossovers 1. Technically, you shouldn't be posting these at all. But I'll allow them.
2. Please give some sort of description of their past, their name, and what anime you would roleplay them for. You may also say your character is for a roleplay like a Medieval/Fantasy or a High School one.
3. I reserve the right to delete threads, once again. This subforum is for FANWORKS, not ARTWORK. If you want a just plain artwork/fiction subforum, talk to Kira about it, and maybe we'll change this one to being that way. But for now, it's just fanfiction, fan art, fan made AMVs/flash, and OCs. So you need a profile with your character.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES:
1. If you are creating a story that will be written by multiple people, you may have it be completely unrelated to an anime/manga/TV Show/whatever.
2. If you plan on using a character that you've made up for a TMM story (written by one, or multiple, people), I would like a description at the minimum. You may, if you like, create a profile and say it's for your story, so long as you post the story first.
I reserve the right to add to these exceptions.
