Earlier tonight I went to my first show and it was effing,
awesome. It was better than most RAW's I've
ever seen, even with minor changes on the line-up.

I got to see:

-Howard Finkel!!!
-The Highlander's beat the crap out of Lance Cade and
Trevor Murdoch.
-Harry Smith beat Rob Conway.
-Snitsky beat the hell outta Charlie Haas
-Trish take Mickie's belt and sack Matt Striker after losing.
Matt Striker was special guest announcer.
(It was funny when Matt got sacked, she kicked him out
of the ring and after again. Ric blow from behind style thingy.)
-Carlito, Shelton Benjamin and Johhny Nitro with Melina.
(Super cool tri-turbuckle move!!) Jonnhy won though...
-Randy Orton beat Hacksaw Jim Duggan. (Wasn't cool...)
-Five on two with Teh Spirit Squad versus DX, which was
Triple H and temperary member Ric Flair. (Best match there
I swear to god. 3nodding )
-And finally, John Cena versus Edge with Lita in a Street
Fight mtach, with Cena winning. (Edge was awesome,
best imatation of the Five-Knuckle-Shuffle, ever.)

We watched all the superstars drive in. It was weir though
because Trevor and Lance came in with Randy Orton,
like, all dressed up. And the fact no one recognized
Randy. He was wearing a ski cap, shorts, sweater
and flip flops. Everyone thought it was some new guy
until he raised his arms the way he usually does. He
looked insulted though. xd And he kept coming back outside
for a smoke, really stupid. And when Hacksaw drove in everyone
thought it was Triple H. whee They all came in rental cars
which was kinda funny, excpet for Edge, Lita, Haas, and
Torrie, who came in Edge's Hummer. Lita almost smashed the
door into Orton's car. And Edge is a crazy driver. Smae
with Hacksaw. eek

It was awesome for the DX match though. At the start of the
match, Triple H started the usaul intro;
"To the thousands in attendance, the millions at home
not watching, and to the Spirit Squad, well because....
they're gay_ Let's get ready to suck it!!!!I can't remeber
who it was, but someone from the Spirit Squad got this
black headband put it on and started showing off some
weird karate moves to Ric, Ric just tagged Triple H and he
beat the hell out of the guy. And later he got the headband,
started doing completely idiotic karate moves, the moonwalk,
other weird dance moves you'd see from Forest Gump
or Napolean Dynamite, and put a crotch chop sign in there at
the end, it was cool. 3nodding And they stuck the megaphone
on one guys head, threw him into a corner with two other guys
piled up;
He falls face up, guy behind him falls and sacks him with his knee,
guy behind him korns him wih his knee. And just as a reminder
Triple H quotes, "Told you they were gay!" Yeah, everyone spelt
gay throughout the thing, it got annoying after awhile. But
it was a seriously awesome show, I wished it had been televised.
And I feel cheated because I effing, did not, get to see Kane! gonk
No effing fair... I didn't get to see Umaga either but I
don't really care about him. (I was damn suprised to see The
Highlanders there. Same with Snitsky. Yay Snitsky!)

House shows always sound cooler than the televised ones......I'm hoping it'll be the same situation for me when I go see ECW on the 17th, because the televised stuff has been really cruddy emo

Yay! People read it! You're awesome, and most likey bored...

At [D]alia: You were there too? Then you saw the guy
dressed up like John Cena that almost got kicked out.
He was a hole... And if you were outside at the begining
when the superstars were driving in, I cheered for the
garbage guy first before everyone else.

At kenshiro28: I hope your show is great. I don't like
ECW shows though, everyone gets drunk, and throws
stuff at the wrestlers, and I dunno, it's just kinda stupid.
For me at least.

At Bonekeeper E: Thankies!

Yeah, the fans can be quite unruly, but I love their passion. Foley was right in saying that they're the worst and best wrestling fans out there. Sure they can be really brutal, but they are SO into it, they're almost a part of the show! It's also the only televised wrestling promotion I know of where the fans will actually THANK a wrestler with a chant.

I just got back from a fairly boss-some ECW house show that was a jillion times better than the crap that's been on tv lately.

1st, a sweet match-up between Shannon Moore and C.W. Anderson that ended with Shannon landing a sweet corkscrew senton and a 3-count. Moore is apperently heel right now razz

2nd match was between C.M. Punk and that vampire guy that keeps showing up on ECW. Vampire guy got heckled pretty bad, and he was only okay, but he knew how to work the gimmick (I.E., he freaked-out pretty comicly when Punk and the fans starting making cross gestures witht their fingers) and.....I think Punk won. s**t, I don't remember the fight that much, but I'm pretty sure he won.....it wasn't really a highlight of the night, I'll say that much, but I really can't wait to see Punk on ECW soon.

3rd event was a bikini contest between Francine and Kelly Kelly the Exhibitionist. Jee-ZUS. Francine barely had ANYTHING on, and everyone TOTALLY had her back, while everyone just booed K.K and her generic blue skimpy bikini. However, I don't think the creative team expected that at all, so Francine acted like she was being booed, and Kelly just kept acting like everyone liked her. It was a fan vote, decided by cheers, and Francine TOTALLY won, but this was a story angle more than anything else so they still declared K.K. the winner. They cat fight (boss-some) and Francine leaves while Kelly starts a strip show. That Knox guy comes out, we all heckle him real bad, he covers up Kelly, "You suck d**k" chants, yada-yada-yada, onward to the next bought.

It was a tag-team match-up between the F.B.I. (Guido and Tomy Mamaluke) against......some nobody heels that I can't remember. I guess some new OVW talent they're developing for ECW Live or something......F.B.I. lost to various dirty tactics, but not before giving a great show. The new guys were decent, but they were mostly just getting beat-up and then fighting with random dirty tactics, so they need some work.....

Dreamer comes out, gets a great crowd reaction, does his whole "It's great to finally be in Austin!" speech-promo, and then has an epic match with Test. Now, Dreamer isn't exactly known for being a technical wrestler or anything like that, but he knows how to pace himself in the ring and put up a good show, so that, combined with Tests power and wrestling ability, pretty much made for a great show, with Test getting the win with a 3-count after landing a devastating pumphandle slam.

Then it's Knox vs Balls Mahoney. Jeez. Knox SUCKED! You probably already know that though, having seen him on television, but fortunatly Balls saved the day with his awesomeness, but he still lost to Knox's little finisher.....the reverse STO or whatever the ******** it is. Balls managed to save the match from being a stinker, but they really need to stop giving Knox a push.....

Before Balls can leave the ring, friggin' Steven Richards pops out with a Kendo stick and beats the shizzy outta Balls with a kendo stick for seemingly no reason. Then, Sandman appears, in the stands, beer and kendo stick at hand! This was a bit of a highlight for me, as he kinda walked around the whole arena, with me chasing him around the whole time. It was pretty fun. Richards challenges Sandman to a match of Sandman's choosing, and Sandman makes it a "Duel Cage Match" or something, whatever the hell that is (I'm assuming it means they can't leave the ring or something) and what followed was an epic battle mostly made up of kendo stick attacks. Sandman got the win, and Richards, after Sandman left, got up a limped to the ring announcer so the announcer could let everyone know that "He's okay and will fortunatly be able to make it to ECW Live tomorrow night." t. Allota folk were chanting that he should return to Heat....I never actually watched him on Heat or anything, so i can't really judge, but I thougt the match was pretty decent so whatever......

Then, came the main event: A Hardcore rules match for the ECW Championship title of the World: Sabu vs Big Show! It's pretty much what you'd expect: Sabu fights with various chairshots, top robe attacks, and alot of strong punches to the face, while Big Show slowly smashes the hell out of Sabu with poweful chops and various slams. Big Show, early on in the match, tries to leave, and only comes back because "My contract says I've got to finish this match, and I'm not gonna lose my money because you bozos." and continues on. Sabu botched a moonsault off the mid-rope, but caught himself and managed to pull it off after a few adjustements. Sabu actually manages to put Show through the table in the corner near the end of the match, and goes under the ring to grab another table.....except the the damn legs fall off as soon as he tries to stand it up. So, he decides to try and put Show through the remainaing half of the table that's still intact enough for smashing......and gets caught by Big Show with a choke-slam onto that chunk of table. Big Show gets the win with a 3-count. The table didn't break, so I'm a little bit freaked out for Sabu, but he gets up looking pretty good, so, myeah......

This was a pretty damn awesome evening. I was responsible for starting some "E-C-DUB!", "YOU SUCK d**k!", "GUIDO, GUIDO!!!", "BALLS, BALLS, BALLS!" and "YOU CAN'T WRESTLE!" chants, so that was REALLY awesome, and I attempted a couple "PUTO!" and "JOTO!!!" chants, but I guess there just wasn't enough Mexican fans around for that to work, but it was still damn awesome. I managed to pat Balls Mahoney, Sandman, and Dreamer throughout the evening, and I managed to get me a wood-chip from the table that Show was smashed through.

My only complaint for the evening was there wasn't enough cool stuff being sold (just ECW t-shirts and the new ECW dvd) and security kept making us go back to our seats when we stood at ring side for too long during matches.....also, Knox still pretty much sux cox, so to speak......
