XD Indeed you are... ;-; I'm so bad at getting off topic. ^^ Anyway...Goku probably ate them because they locked him in a closet, and after awhile they forgot he was there, so when they opened the closet he was so hungry he ate the first thing he saw. ^^ Quite elementary, if I do say so.
