Your wallpapers are like collages with pictures blended together, there is no focus and no unity.

I don't think you can get by as a designer, just picking out some pictures and putting them together, then applying some effects to it. There has to be an element of design.

Epecially in the Lois Lane wallpaper, there are brushes (flowers) and lines and stuff, but it just looks like random. Some stuff over here, some stuff over there. What is the purpose of that? It does not look good all meshed together in the same picture.

Less is more, which does not mean you have to be sparse.

Pick some sort of theme, some sort of shape or feeling you're going for.

I LOVE filters and overlays and layers and brushes and all of that. BUT - think about the clarity of the picture. You should try to make sure the original picture remains recognizable. The images should not be blurry to the point that the original unaltered pictures actually looks better than the photoshopped picture.

Think about if an addition will detract from the piece before you make the change. For example, in the Riku sig and Phoenix v 2, white outlines do not always look flattering or purposeful. I know you are trying to bring out a part of it, but white is too harsh for either of those color schemes.

You seem to be skilled in using photoshop tools. Try to assert yourself more as a designer and less of a brush/filter user.

They look really good, but at the same time, kind of messy. But I really like how you did all the blending! biggrin
