First things first, I spent all m money at the NIS booth. Second on the agenda, disgaea cosplay; Knight, Archer, and Flonne x3. Disgaea 2 cosplay; Adell x4, Taro, Etna x2. Phantom Brave; Ash and Marona.
Third and most important. I got invited to a private NIS panel. They talked about games, asked about what we thought needed to be inproved, the usual stuff. BUT!!! The really cool part was (pauses for drum roll) that both the president of NIS (the original Japanese company) and the director of disgaea 2 were there! I sat right next to them. Suffice it to say, it was awsome.
Big news though! The Marl's Kingdoms games (Raphsody is one of them) may be released in one big set in the Japan (and a good chance in the US). Also, NIS has stated that they are working with plans to develop a multiplayer game based on disgaea or at least the game engine. Maby even a MMORPG (they didn't think sprites were being used for such games, apparently Ragnarok and Maple are news to them.)

Well, to be fair, they never said that it would be disgaea multiplayer, just that it ran on the disaea engine. So it could be more like phantom brave or Makai Kingdoms

Damn it i hate beeing poor. I find it sad that i live in Orange County CA AND DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO GO TO ANIME EXPO gonk gonk gonk . Well theres always next year.... stare
