Wow. Just, wow. Even unfinished, that is still wow. For CC, I guess the only thing that could be worked on is the lip, it's a little... Dunno. And the highlights in the hair are a little weirdly placed. Other than that, wow.

The left eye looks a bit too big and the forehead looks too curved, but maybe that's just me. And I definately agree with priestess- I'd leave it unfinished! whee heart blaugh

The face seems to curve in on the viewer's left side towards the chin a bit more than would be natural, particularly with the face at a 3/4 view like that... As for the hair, unless you mean for it to be multi-toned, I suggest you have consistant highlights (often just a halo of highlights is good, and it should be placed depending on where your light source is).
I definitely can't wait to see this finished, it's looking really good. ^_^

the mouth isnt exactly like it should, try and redraw that.... but the rest looks nice smile .

Wow, that's really nice. I work in graphite all the time! Actually, other than an occasional acrylic, I always work in graphite...
