I have DIRECTV. I really haven't been watching the new episodes. The only good reason for me to is.. May.. heart , but that only goes so far. I'm planning on watching the Diamond/Pearl season though. Only because the girl is very cute. heart

I can't believe they are doing this, Pokemon is probably the longest thing on there and a lot of people still watch it.

Monster of Cerulean City stare Children's education initiative. It's not our fault that kids are stupid today. Blame parents. They're taking off Pokémon because they need to add more educational material? That's stupid crap. Half the shows on WB are worthless - Loonatics, Coconut Fred, The Batman.. stare why doesn't anyone take those off the air? Are they trying to say that watching Pokémon contributes to their kids being failures? I think it's because mommy and daddy are sucking down crack and aren't responsible for their kids. If they really wanted more educational shows on television, they would have taken off The Simpsons, King of the Hill, etc, etc... And its not the parents who are taking off the shows, its the network. Kids nowadays don't want little weird creatures that can only say their own names. They want heros like Spiderman, Batman, Superman, etc, etc... I personally only like the Kanto and Johto series. Other wise I have lost total interest in Pokemon.

sakurachan61123 I agree with Monster. Parents are being stupid about their children and blaming it on other things. Like when Columbine went down. . . . that was blamed on music. Not the parents. The gov't wasn't even blamed and that's how the children got the guns. America's intelligence and all the expectations in America are falling. Parents think that by taking things away from kids, it will make them behave better or become smarter. Not true at all. The parents are the reason the kids are dumb and that they can't behave. They don't set rules and therefore there is failure. Sorry if that's not related but I thought I'd comment. sweatdrop The parents are not to blame. I have seen plenty of dirty and violent shows in my childhood. Now I get good grades. I have good friends that I have met in Boy Scouts, Student Council, Track and Cross Country. I don't see how this is all about the Gov't and the parents. When the children lose interest, they lose interest. That is that.

You can expect not to see any more new episodes on Kids WB Yes, unless you plan on watching it in jap. The battle frontier saga is supposed to be good/ and it may very well be the end of Ash's adventure. (Trying not to reveal spoilers, especially since it's not really confirmed. Just a strong assumption.) I would feel good if Ash stopped here.

Or maybe it's because Batman and Superman are the heroes of the people who run the network and FCC and they feel that their American icons are being threatened by foreign characters. The Mystery Dungeon themed series and the Diamond/Pearl series look interesting. I'll watch both. WRONG! Yeah, I was wrong, Ash is back... And he has a new look for Shinou! Hurr- wait. He looks even worse now. Anyone interested in a picture? I sure Am. It's in the news section.
