DarkHayama yeah, I say drop it. Material Components aren't hard to get...unless they're the rare material components. Someone could just buy the Material Component pouch, and be considered to have all Material Components less than like 1g or something. It seems like it's a little over powered, Since most things involving creating something that can use a spell has an xp or large gold cost. It's of course completly up to the DM really. Umm...one thing though, this campaign tracks time, because it's an important factor. We might not have alot of time to sit and do things like that anyways. I don't know, I haven't done barely anything with it, I just know that it tracks time. actually the material components pouch has anything that would fit inside it without a set cost. so no diamond powder, but silver powder probably

Velris the Blade I say drop it because it sounds like scribe scroll without the gold or xp cost, with only material components being the thing you need, and anyone can complete it. My Inscribe Rune requires me to spend money and xp to make a rune, and I need to succeed on a Craft check. Though, in the end, anyone can activate the rune. I have a rune of Bull's Strength on my helmet, and someone could walk over and touch the rune and get Bull's Strength cast on them. The rune has two charges (which doubles its cost). When I reach level 8 runecaster, I can make a permanant rune (uber!!!!). Of course, the real use comes in runes of Cure spells. I've got the materials for one of those runes, and I will inscribe it on someone's armor so they have a usable cure effect smile make sure it is on the inside of the armour though... or it'll end up being the drow monk that kills us by healing up every hit he gives that hits..

Doesn't look like the dm is posting....
and it's unlikely there will be a drow monk..... Drow are usually chaotic and a monk must be lawful.... however I'm not saying there aren't or wouldn't be drow monk just saying it's unlikely
