Both Beyonce and J-lo are using REAL animal fur in thier cloting lines!! It's sick and it's horrible, I have no respect for these heartless women anymore. Beyonce recently got 'punk'd' by some PETA members who somehow won a dinner with her. They went to the dinner and once the ordered they pulled out a DVD player and showed Beyonce and her mother videos of animals being skinned for clothing company's like thiers! It's reported that Beyonce just went silent and didn't say anything, the PETA members we're removed from the resteraunt. Haha, take that! If you can't tell already, I'm all for animal rights, they are more deserving of the right to live then us, most humans are greedy, unkind pigs.

I have no clue about what else they are trying to do but you should see some of the video's thay have of the fur industry, like pet kittens and puppies being taken off streets in Japan and then being treated horibley up until the moment they are killed. The video had me in tears and I couldn't watch the whole thing. These arn't even stray pets J-lo is wearing! She is wearing some little kids kitten!!!! And if you like KFC don't watch the video they have of how they treat the chickens, it's sick.

lookathat I barely understand the concept of PETA, so I shouldn't say anything. All I know about them is what they are doing to stop people from killing animals for fur, I think that is horrible and I fully suport them trying to stop it. It disturbs me people can accually be so heartless that they will tourture a cat until its dead. I just can't imagine someone stealing my cat, tourturing it to death and then using its fur in an extremely famous clothing line! Its sick.

I agree with some of the things PETA says, but I don't really like that organization. Most within it are hypocrites and extremist. 3nodding

I half agree with what PETA stands for. I am against cruelty to animals and believe that they should be respected as they are, after all, just as alive as you and I. However, I do not think we should automatically judge against people who wear fur. Who's to say that the rest of the animal was not eaten? I believe that one should use as much of the animal as possible, such that there is no waste (waste would be disrespectful for the animal) Though, obviously, it would be wrong to kill animal for the sole purpose of making a clothing line...
