AND WE LIKED IT DAGNABBIT.
So clearing out my cookies made me have to log in for the first time in ever, and low and behold you get a STARTER kit now. Full of clothes and furniture.
These kids today got it EASY. EASY I TELL YA.

Yes, The n00bs have a better array of items out of the gate. However, those sets are like school uniforms. They are badges of their status on Gaia.
I refuse to wear the items unless I go slumming during one of the holiday events, and only then with something really in-your-n00b-face exclusive.
God, what a fashion whore I've become! dramallama

I got rid of a good chunk of the clothes but the "cool" set is mostly shades of blue which does go with my theme.
It was nice to finally furnish my house a bit though.

Hell back when I joined I didn't even get a peasant set. I had to run around naked between Barton and Gambino.

BlackRavenWyrd Hell back when I joined I didn't even get a peasant set. I had to run around naked between Barton and Gambino. Same. neutral I'm thinking of taking a cue from money hungry WoW players and selling most of my items on E-Bay. Would this be a wise move or would Lanzer punch me out?

I'd think the Gaia Admins would punch you in the throat. It is an illegal offense to sell Gaia things on eBay.

The stuff in the starter sets is alright. Nothing special though. I've got stuff to put in my house but I don't have one. Maybe I should get an adress in Barton and all that whatnot

NeoBlue So clearing out my cookies made me have to log in for the first time in ever, and low and behold you get a STARTER kit now. Full of clothes and furniture. Maybe the idea behind that is to stop Gaiakids from obsessively making stupid posts all the time for more "gold". It sounds like they're making an effort to fix the flaws with Gaia to me.
