I have loved many "Sakura moments" but here I'll only list three:
[SPOILERS]*
1. When she cuts off her hair in the Forest of Death. This signifies the beginning of a new Sakura. One who is willing to sacrifice for the sake of her teammates. heart
2. Post-time skip Sakura: The part where she cracks the ground and suprises both Kakashi and Naruto during the bell-training test. And the look on her face? Total. Badass. heart
3. I think it's a tie between her fight with Sasori and when she punched Sai. "Me, you don't need to forgive." Fake smiles ftw!
