I agree with the closing being a stupid and really annoying thing (sure as hell! scream ) but I heard that his stuff is going back to his family..
and that thing made it a bit better to stand, I mean.. it would be just HORRIBLE if they sold his stuff to some filthy rich people. I just hope his family won't do that either.. stare
...I wanted to visit the place, it was one of my dearest wishes, and now.. ;___;
well.. life goes on.. I guess.. at least I can still buy some merchandise.. O_o *grabs her hide stuff and chains herself to them* Hahaha! We won't be separated, EVER! >D

I don't like the thought of it being closed too... When I visited it this summer there were only half of hides things left. Somehow it was a horrible feeling to know that it would be my first and last visit.
But maybe it helps some fans to overcome their sadness.

Even though this is a few years late, that's really sad that they closed the museum...I would've loved to go see it...*sigh* crying

I saw a site where his guitars are for sale, and some already sold. I don't know if they really are his, or just replicas.
I just had a thought though. If all his things are still in the family, we could all try fundraising to open it back up. And just do that every year, to keep it open couldn't we?

I agree but, don't you think we need to talk to the family first?You never know they might have a really good explaination for closing it...I admit I want to gon January of next year.And alot of ppl want to keep his spirit alive.I really want to help! oh!and the guitars are probaly replicas

Now that I think about it...I'm kinda glad that they closed the museum...I would much rather it be closed when people still loved it and knew who it was for....Then see it become a derelict monster thing full of memories and articles that nobody cares about.
