Well maby have at the end that The time Lords actuly Survived the Time war some how and made a new home planit and The Doctor Never found out .

Well since they are bringing back the master and the Rani i will make a episode with both of them in it so that it will make more sence

Oh I would love for the Master to come back!
He was so awesome...Like you know how awesome a villain the Joker is in the new batman movie? just a teensy bit higher than that level of awesomeness.
I might even dare to say that he was cooler than the Doctor...but in a different way, I guess.
