*confused* So...she's writing a fic...how does this need a petition? (I'm too lazy...um...I mean, it's too late where I am (yeah, that's it) to actually go look it up, so someone will need to explain this to me, loser that I am.)

Another author has been writing and posting derrogetory prejudiced fics on the site and this author posted a petition at the end of her fic to have that author removed. For anyone with any sense of morality or problem with such behavior signing this petition is well worth a few minutes and one pm. -As of yesterday the petition was also posted on her profile.

Ouch. Point taken. I'll go look. (But why not just report said author? Surely there's some kind of rule she can use.) ------------------
Edit from twenty minutes later: The petition is gone, so I'm assuming the author they wanted to get rid of is gone too.

Reporting is largely ignored on that site, I know that for a fact. And last I knew, they had over 140 signatures when they were shooting for 100, but the more the better if they're still taking them.

They use a robot. It can't get them all right away, especially with revenge reporting. (I never thought I'd be one to defend FF.net... eek ) I don't see it anywhere. Maybe they moved it to her co-writer's account.
