We have simply decided that to boost guild activity, we will become affiliates...a bit like twinning towns

It just means we will be associated by necesity to the guild. Like a joining of nations with common interests. Like gaining members, support, activity etc...

There is a link to it in the announcement, I would assume that if you said you were from the GLEA they would let you in
