Cassie and Fiona didnt know what to do for Kirs. She was hurt pretty bad but she would be furious if she woke up in a hosptial and found out Cassie was responsible for taking her there.So Cassie got Kris out to the bike, and with help from Fiona got her into the side car.
"The needs a helmet."
"I know, the' going to wear mine. We need together home, so do not aruge, alright?"
Fiona had been about to start arugeing about hows' helmet Kirs would wear, but she heard the tone of Cassies' Voice and stopped. Instead she pulled on her helmet and jacket while Cassie carefully put her helmet on Kris then mounted the bike. Fiona climbed on behind her and wrapped her arms around her guardian as the engin started and they started to go.
It seemed like forever before they were pulling off into the drive way. Fiona sigh in releif, she had been afraid they would wreck and Cassie would get hurt the entire time.
Again Cassie carefully moved Kris from the side car and walked her into the house. Kirs was in an exhausted daze but she hadnt passed out yet. Cassie wasnt sure were to set the other woman up, on the couch in the living room? in the spare room maybe?
"Fiona? Go open the spare bedroom for me okay? And open the window too please."
Fiona took off up the stairs to the spare room to do as asked. Cassie shifted most of Kirs' weight so that she was carrying the other woman and made her way up the steps. when she go to the small room she found that fiona had also turned down the blankets, but when Cassie carried Kirs she felt something wet. She sat the woman on the bed and looked at her.
Kirs's eyes were glazed and she was crying again, silent tears ran down her cheeks. Cassie also notice a dark spot on the other womans shirt. she kenlt and reached to pull Kirss' shirt up to look at it, only to have the other woman try to push her away and fight to get away from her. Cassie fell back and Fiona made a sound.
"Cassie, whats the matter with her? You are trying to help!"
Cassie stood up and went to Fiona and hugged her a moment. This was something she didnt want to girl to see, didnt want her to know about the evils that were out there.
"Fiona hun, i need you to get some stuff for me okay? Will you get me some of the pink towles in the laundry room, and Fill the pan under the sink in my bathroom with hot water? Be careful with the water though okay?"
Fiona looked between Kris who had huddled up on the bed and Cassie a moment then nodded and ran down the hall.
While she waited Cassie went to Kirs and took her face in her hands. The other woman tried to pull away but Cassies hold was strong.
"Kris you need to look at me."
it took her a long moment to look at her, But Kris did look at Cassie. When she did Cassie said
"We'll take care of you. Do you understand? I will not hurt you."
tears filled Kirs's eyes again and she started to cry. Cassie pulled Kirs into a hug and held her again. For a moment Kirs fought against the contact but gave up when Cassie didnt let go.
Fiona stood in the door and watched for a moment then when Cassie saw her she looked away. Cassie waved for her to come closer and said softly
"Why dont you go make Kris some of that tea I really like?"
Fiona nodded again and ran off to make the tea. She felt like she was going to cry seeing Kirs in such a state. So she ran to get away from her.
Cassie watched her go then returned to comforting Kirs. she had to get the woman to calm down enough that she could look at her wounds.

Some time later Cassie came from the spare room closeing the door softly behind her. someone had done a real number on Kirs, she was sleeping now under the spell of pain killers and herbal tea. Cassie got rid of the bloody water before looking for Fiona

Fiona sat curled up on her favorite chair in the living room, sandy curled up with her, she was absentmindedly strocking her fur and looking off into space.
Cassie frowned and went to the young orange haired girl. She wrapped her arms around Fiona from behind in a hug and pet her hair a moment then said.
"Thank you for your help sweet."
Fiona moved so she could crane her neck to look up at cassie and asked
"Is Mrs Kris going to be okay?"
tears filled her eyes and she started to cry. Cassie collected the winged girl in a better hug moving her to sit on the back of the chair and just held her rubbing her back
"I think she will be with some TLC. We can give her that right? "
Cassie pushed Fiona away only enough to look at her face to see her answer. Fiona couldnt stop crying just yet so she nodded. That was more than enough for Cassie so she pulled the girl back against her into a hug again and rubbed her back, careful of her wings, in a soothing manner.
After a little while Cassie asked,
"so is there any of that tea left?"
Fiona nodded and slipped away to go get some, cassie followed and poured them both mugs of the tea
"Kris is going to be fine sweety i promise."
Fiona sipped at her tea and nodded slowly. If cassie promised Kris would be okay then she would be. Cassie didnt lie.

((okay so this is going to be an attempt at the begining of my latest prompt.))
Cassie, Kris and Fiona all sat in the living room playing scrabble. Kris looked like she was still really tired, but with Cassie and Fiona keeping her company and waiting on her hand and foot she was starting to look better. The brusies were healing and she stoped jumping at random loud noises. One of the larger dragons had taken a liking to her and hung around her all the time. Kris hadnt left the house in the weeks that she had been there and simply called in her orders. The team she ran was a good one so they were able to manage just fine without her being there in person. At least thats what Cassie kept telling her. Fiona hung around her a lot too, so when Cassie had to go and do something neither were left alone. The board had a bunch of different words from aftereffect, to ninja and herring to listen and qi.
"Qi? What kind of word is that. Its not even a word?
Fiona giggled "It is too, qi or chi is the energy in the human body."
"I dont beilive it."
Cassie laughed and got up, "Okay Kris I'll go get the dictionary if that'll make you feel better. Shes going to win with or without it." She walked up to her study to get the monster of a book.
Fiona was smiling smuggly at Kris who had yet to figure out that she had a massive vocabulary. But suddenly her face went blank and in a voice that was so monoitone it couldnt have come from the girl
"For all the lost hearts in the world searching for their second half. No one can know the pain of bing alone unless they have lost the love we once shared."
"Fiona? What are you talking about?" Kris asked her mildly confused. She didnt usually just start talking randomly like that.
"When the wind sings through the trees so late in the night and all there is to hear aside from it is your soft breathing. I am lost to the world that is not you "
"Cassie get your rear end down here right now!
Cassie came thundering down the stairs the dictionary in hand "What Kris? Whats the matter?"
"Fiona is talking jibberish, it sounds like a book i read once and i know its not one you would have her read."
"What do you mean? "
"The feel of your body curled against mine. Needding the comfort only i can give."
Kris's eyes where large with panic and Cassies widening with suprise "See! Thats what I mean!"
Cassie was infrount of Fiona shaking her and trying to get her attention even as Kris said it. Cassie didnt have to try hard to get Fiona out of her stooper almost the moment she touched the girl she came out of it.
"Hiya Momma. I was right Qi is a word right?
The two women looked at eachother a moment then desided to wait and see what would happen and Cassie nodded
"You bet kiddo, Hey how you feeling?"
" I feel fine. Why?"
"Oh nothing. Never mind. "
