If it was a one=-thing prob... then why are ther still spirits following me everywhere???

I had a problem like this about a year ago. I have always been able to sense spirits, and suddenly they all became malevolent and angry, eventually they just went a way, but i had to do some pretty intese protection things. Part of my problem turned out to be me being preyed upon by someone I knew, and it was making me really sick. I would randomly loose all ability to do any energy work, and when i tried I got really bad chest pains. It was very strange. It eventually led to me getting a lot stronger at sheilding and energy techniques, so in the end it wound up a good thing.
I don't know much about the veil though, but what you guys have been mentioning makes good sense to me.

There's was always writing in my mirror in the shower and it used to be just symbols but as it moved on and progressed the messages became violent and now everytime it fogs up I see crosses which at first I thought was a house, then airplanes, then a cemetery. I had also been getting marks on my shoulder and legs and stuff. But it's probably nothing.
And I used to be able to concentrate better too.

maybe some of our bodies are just adapting faster than others (homeostasis)...

ehh... the spriits won't come into my room but they are slowly killing my sanity............... the spirits won't come it to my room because of my cats callor....
