Who here agrees that more jounins need to join the threads? I am currently a genin and I have been waiting for a team for a while now but not even a genin or a jounin has joined. I guess I will just have to wait longer...... stare

We don't even have many Chuunin because of more and more new additiosn pushing back the Exams, added onto what I already have to deal with, I say you're pretty lucky to begin with.
Also, out of what we have here, there's not many of you I'd choose to lead a Genin Team, simply because you guys haven't proven to me you could do it and not give me a headache.
And Jounin are selected by the Kage of the Village, out of the Chuunin population. If you pass the Exams, make sure you're a really good Chuunin, and then when it comes time for the Jounin Review, you might get promoted.

Yes I did sign up for a genin team. And also, I would prove myself but I don't have enough time. Although I assure you creativity is not a problem with me.

We are honestly working as hard as we can to try to balance things in the guild. It takes a bit to get reliable people. And as you can see, mods are busy with real life things as well as the guild.

Hm. Then that would be a bad thing to have Inactive Mods Who can't Simply Update and Arrange Some Exams because they've used the Same Exscuse about not having Enough time. Eh, It makes the Mods not even deserve their Powers.
