Okay ive been getting the clear discharge for a while and now its seems to be coming out more often and more of its coming out does this mean im gonig to have my period soon??

It did for me... It just got worse and worse and worse until... BOOM! I had my period! lol Probly... But I had discharge for more than a year before I started...

Possibly. Discharge is also the v****a's way of cleaning itself. If there's suddenly a lot of it, the v****a could be trying to clean out an irritant.
Another possibility is that you are ovulating. I always notice a lot of discharge around the middle of my cycle. Maybe it could be the same for you.
