Luffy (Captain)

Luffy has gained extordanary stretching powers from eating a legendary artifact called the Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum Gum) Devil's Fruit. If a person eats one of these golden treasures, he gains powers beyond the norm but becomes unable to swim. After consuming the Gomu Gomu no Mi fruit, Luffy's body becomes like rubber, giving him the ability to stretch long distances and (presumably) bestowing him with super strength.
Luffy uses his stretching power in ingenious ways. He is able to use the malleable stretchiness of his limbs to gain tremendous velocity and hit enemies with devastating impact. His rubber body is also virtually immune to blunt objects such as bullets and punches, reflecting off his body harmlessly. However, he is still very susceptible to sharp objects such as swords and knifes.
Gear 1: Normal State
Gear 2: Not acquired till Enies Lobby. It's supposedly a hardened version of his body, theorized to be acquired through Vulcanization by some, although incorrectly. Vulcanization is an irreversible process and, naturally, pressumes the rubber has not been cured. Uncured natural rubber is sticky and unstable, denaturing within days from prolonged exposure to sunlight and free radicals in the atmosphere. It's safer to assume that Luffy's rubber body was vulcanized from the first day he ate the Gomu-Gomu fruit, as his body has yet to break down from his exposure to the sun and the atmosphere, his Gear 1 form isn't sticky, and his body has yet to regress from Gear 1 (all consistent with the theory that he already is vulcanized).
This form allows the use of the CP9 technique "Soru"(near instant movement), and "Jet" Versions of his attacks that can hit at a distance. Some evidence that this form is acquired through Vulcanization is seen when Luffy goes into Gear 2, where Luffy emits steam from his body - perhaps as a result of vulcanization.
Another theory regarding Gear 2, is that it's a refined form of "Soru" (a technique that involves kicking the ground ten or more times in an instant to propel the user forward with tremendous speed), in which Luffy compresses his rubber body (as seen when he activates Gear 2) in order to use "Soru" internally, using his own body as the "kickoff" point to greatly increase the velocity of his attacks (accelerating them beyond what a normal human eye can register).
It remains to see which theory (if any) prevails, as Oda has yet to explain exactly how Gear 2 works (if he ever does). In either case, Gear 2 appears to be quite tiring, leaving Luffy feeling a bit winded.
Gear 3: Just before Blueno collapses, Luffy mentions going a step further. This may refer to other forms of attacks using Gear 2, another one of the Rokushiki powers beyond Soru, the recently revealed 3rd Gear -the exact number of gears is unknown at this point, though. In chapter 403 Luffy used Gear 3 to break down a fortified gate, with him becoming small in stature (chibi) as the result. In chapter 404, Luffy soon transforms back into Gear 1 automatically. This modes seems to be activated when Luffy bites on his thumb.
Other Forms:
Water Luffy: Luffy drinks a large amount of water which his body contains, giving him a pear- shaped form. He can now pump up water and spit it at his opponent.
Afro Luffy: Used in the battle against Foxy, Luffy dons a huge afro and a temporary skull-and-crossbones tattoo. According to Usopp this would increase his strength, and would 'awaken his deepest latent primal powers'. In this mode Luffy uses the boxing moves Hook and Flail, and talks in a deeper voice, saying things like "Hell Yeah~!" often.
Roronoa Zoro (First Mate/Swordsman)

Zoro is a master of swordsmanship, able to use one, two and three swords in varying attack styles. Along with his mastery of his self-developed sword art, Zoro has above average speed and lifting capacity, as demonstrated when he perfoms his various manuevers. He also has an abnormal amount of stamina, able to withstand massive blood loss and prolonged battles.
Nami (Navigator)

Nami is a highly skilled navigator and cryptographer. Nami is not as skilled a combatant, although she is skilled in weilding a staff to protect herself, able to unleash quick and moderately powerful strikes. Being a skilled thief, she has amazing speed and dexterity as well as a slight of hand, able to pickpocket passerby's without fear of getting caught.
Ussop (Marksman)

Despite his lack of physical strength compared to other members of the crew, Usopp seems to be much more resilient than his comrades. He suffers injuries in almost every fight he participates in, but shrugs them off after a very short period of time. Part of this is the result of care by the Straw Hats' very capable doctor, but part of it seems to be a natural ability to absorb punishment.
What is more, Usopp possesses a genius for invention, practical engineering, and strategy
Usopp is a expert marksmen with his slingshot and prefers to use rapid attacks against multiple opponents. His slingshot being his prime form of combat he has a few different forms of ammunitions. He is also not adverse to using anything around him as a weapon. He uses eggs to blind opponents and rocks in the slingshot when out of ammunition.
Usopp greatest ability is the pendent to outrun just about anybody and anything. He utilizes hit and run tactics, provoking an enemy while his teammates attack or waiting for an sufficent oppurtunity himself. This most likely will continue until he runs out of ammunition or he tires out.
Sanji (Chef)

Sanji has mastered the martial art of Red Foot that the pirate Zeff apparently taught him. All of his maneuvers come from his legs and feet. His legs and feet are extremely powerful, able to smash boulders and defeat creatures much larger than himself (like banana-crocodiles and Moh-Moo). His legs also imbue him with surperior speed and agility, able to leap and run much farther than normal humans.
As for his actual "attacks" Sanji has a very large number of specific kicks and techniques he uses to fight with. It should be noted that he doesn't call out an attack name whenever he kicks someone or something, but for important events and fights he usualy will. 98% of his attacks are said in French and are usually cooking/food terms related in some way to the specific portion of the opponent's body that he's targeting or to the nature of the attack itself. In the English the attacks are changed to be (allegedly) funny sounding, non-existant food items that have something to do with the target area of the attack.
Tony Tony Chopper (Doctor)

Chopper ate the "'Human-Human Fruit'", or "Hito Hito no Mi". This is a "Zoan"-type fruit which gives the one who eats it three base transformations:
Walk PointWalk Point: This is Chopper's form as a normal reindeer, useful for general travel on foot. Called "Sprint Boost" in the English dub.
Brain PointBrain Point: Chopper's usual look, with a small body and large head. He is smarter in this form. In addition he can scope out an enemies weakness in this form while he is under the influence of a Rumble Ball. In the English dub it is named "Brain Boost". This also the form where he does his best thinking.
Heavy PointHeavy Point: Chopper's "monster" form, which gives him a werehuman-like appearance and height. He uses this form to help steer the ship. Called "Heavy Boost" in the English dub. This form imbues Chopper with extreme super-human strength.
Additionally, Chopper has added on to these by use of the "Rumble Ball", which gives its user several more transformations for a three minutes by 'distorting the wavelengths of transformation':
Jumping Point: Chopper keeps his reindeer legs in a human-like form, which allows him to jump long distances. "Jump Boost" in the English.
Arm Point: Chopper's fore-hooves become extremely muscular in his humanesque form, powerful enough to inflict a great amount of damage.
In the English version, this is called his "Arm Boost"
Horn Point: Similar to Walk Point, but Chopper's forelegs get bulkier and his horns get larger and sharp. In the English version it is called "Horn Boost".
Guard Point: Chopper's fur grows out and becomes an impenetrable shield against outside attacks. He looks like an overgrown Chia Pet in this form. In the English version it is named "Guard Boost".
It's likely that Chopper will discover other forms that he can change into. It has recently been revealed Chopper can't eat two Rumble Balls back to back within 6 hours or otherwise he'll lose control of his transformations. However it seems that the consumption of three Rumble Balls created a new Point in which he is standing similar to Heavy Point, but an oddly misshapen head and antlers, as well as incredibly (more than likely over twenty feet)increased height and extensive amounts of chesthair. Chopper also looses all "consciousness" and goes completely berserk in this form. Doctor Kureha told him after that he had used it for the first time, that he leveled an entire village on Drum Island while in this form. Kureha also commented that form is a true monster; a danger to friend, foe, and even Chopper himself.
Scope: Can only be used when in Brain Point form and after eating a "Rumble Ball," a move in which he concentrates and scans his opponent to find their weakness. So far he only used this two times succesfully in the series: Once against Chessmarimo and again against Mr. 4 and Miss Merry Christmas. However, he has also attempted at using it against Nico Robin in fear that she would assassinate him. He also tried it against Gedatsu, one of Skypedia's priests however he did not have time to complete the scan and ended up figuring out a way to beat him without the scope's help. In the English version this attack is named "Rumble Scope".
Nico Robin (Archeologist)

Robin has had a bounty of 79 million beli on her head since she was eight years old, during an incident in which she supposedly destroyed six buster call ships through the use of the powers she gained by the eating the Hana Hana no Mi (Flower Flower fruit) But it was proven wrong in her flashback. The fruit's power enables her to conjure up multiple replicas of her body parts (most often her arms) upon any surface she is able to see. She is very powerful and dextrous as a result.
Robin ate the Hana Hana Fruit. She can spread body parts from her body, from other bodies and objects. Usually, when she uses her powers she crosses her arms. Her attacks block the enemy, stopping all his movings with the upgrowing hands. Although she's really powerful, she's not as strong as you can think. Her spreading body parts can be hit and stretched, causing damage to her real body: this is her weak point. Her powers are also very useful in dangerous situation. She can carry her friends by using feet and hands. So far, hands, feet, and eyes are the only body parts she has used in either attacks or other situations.
Franky

He is a 34 year old cyborg from Water 7, and the leader of the Franky Family, a group of ship dismantlers.
He used to be a regular human, until he was in an accident that did major damage to his body. He then fixed himself using spare parts from an abandoned ship, thus becoming a cyborg. As a cyborg he had several abilities, including launching his fists at enemies, firing nails from his mouth, shooting bullets from his index fingers, inflating his arms to form shields, massive strength (though this could be a result from years as a shipwright and might not have anything to do with being a cyborg) the ability to fire jets of flame from his nose and strangely enough, the power to keep his sodas (which serve as his fuel source) nice and cool in an internal refrigerator where his stomach had been. However his weakness is that when he made himself this way, he could not reach very far behind him, so the defensive strength he gained from this is only effective on his front. (thus said, he is practically invincible when lying down on his back)

Kyūbi's huge reserve of red chakra which, in the most dire circumstances, imbues Naruto with incredible regenerative capabilities and unstoppable strength. Naruto does manage to improve his own Ninjutsu and Taijutsu abilities greatly as the story goes on.
This tremendous power is not without its disadvantages. In the beginning both Naruto's mind and body are incapable of effectively controlling the Kyūbi. He does manage to get more control over the Kybi's throughout the series. As seen in the climactic battle against Sasuke, unleashing the fox's power exhausted Naruto to the point his own body began to decay. Naruto, in his brief moments of anger, can do little to control the demon's malevolence he, like the fox, becomes an unrestrainable beast.
Naruto typically acquires the prodigious supply of chakra from the Kyūbi when in an extreme emotional state and in life-threatening situations. The side effect of Naruto going berserk is that the Kyūbi would start taking over his personality, appearing as a fox-shaped aura of red chakra surrounding him. The level of danger is indicated by the number of tails the aura would grow. So far, Naruto has been seen bearing four tails, at which point the Kyūbi personality becomes dominant. In this state, Naruto becomes highly destructive and unable to distinguish between friend and foe, and his body suffers severe damage due to an effect where the aura seems to be providing a shield but in reality is burning him. This repeated process of damaging and healing is said to weaken Naruto and shorten his lifespan because of the constant cell regeneration, much like Tsunade's accelerated regeneration jutsu.
