Perhaps I should kill the GD forum and contain everything to one thread.
And then multiple threads can be made about the game, but off topicness stays in the main thread. Yay or nay?

Sounds like a good idea to me. It'll probably help bring back the closeness that everyone's been missing.

I understand why you think that, but we have art shops in there. We have big threads in there, it isn't fair to kill all those ideas. Containing us that much wouldn't be good. I mean, if we're going to have free space, dontt take it away. I understand it's way more active, but OF COURSE IT IS. We haven't had an update in AGES. We have nothing on topic to talk about.
Really. If it gets contained in a thread, I'd seriously consider leaving the guild. It's containing our ideas that really make us a community. Once we have an update the main area will get active again. 3nodding
EDIT: And that wouldn't make people be on topic any more. We'd all just flock to the thread and never be on topic. Or rarely. I know I'd more than likely hide in the thread. And if I wanted to be on topic, I'd probably be so in the game thread. Just not a good idea.

It may not be such a bad idea with the way a lot of people have been saying they don't feel close to everyone back in the old thread. New off-topicness could be confined to a new thread but the art threads and the mini-contests that already have a few pages should stay since they keep us entertained between updates.
XD Some bump in your sig pic. Even a hummer would messed up on a "bump" like that. XP

I'm partially in agreement with you, but not entirely.
Keep all of the general chatter in the sticky thread within the main forum. Ask everyone to keep all the discussion in that thread - even the game-related stuff, which would help maintain the original atmosphere that we had in the thread.
Other threads (minigames, shops, etc.) go into the main forum. Or something.
