High up on the large rock wall surrounding the remnants of the old volcano is the resting place of the Elder Dragon. He is the oldest dragon in the wolrd, and as such, he has an extensive hoarde of "treasure". Most, when they think of treasure, think of gold and gemstones, but this is not the case here. The Elder Dragon collects the "stories" of the world., and this is what he considers his treasure.
The stories he always reffers to is the History of the world, and major events that have taken place in the world. He even has minor stories of people who just lived out their day to day lives. These are what he loves, and reads them avidly, carefully taking care of all his stories, rewriting those that need to be rewritten as time goes by.
But, today he can no longer travel the world as he used to, collecting his stories, but his stories still pile up as he sends his "daughter" out to collect them.
Most of the time the front to the cavern is "Locked" so no one may enter, but on occasion he has been known to let visitors see him.
His knowledge is much saught after, but only rarely does he give it out these days, and most of what he does give is very confusing.
