Please DO NOT make any new threads anywhere but the Nequus Lands subforum for the time being. We are trying to keep everything together and organized.

Feel free to post in the biographies section of this area whenever you want, but do not open a new thread here. You can also post any any forum within the Nequus lands subforum and make new threads there. You will notice that you are locked out of all other subforums. Until lost gets her part done there, they will stay that way, but I wanted a place for you all to Rp!

The guild now has more specific subforums. 8D Yay! Please don't post in the old subforum at all, unless you are completing old RPs that already exist there. Feel free to start making RPs in the Nequus lands subforums, you'll see they are all separated out now.

And its perfectly acceptable to play human characters in Ryuten if you so desire.

The basic RP Rules have changed!

As many of you now, we simply follow the generally accepted RP rules. That is, no hitting unless permission is given, so forth. For the most part this holds true, but there are some exceptions to the basic rules below that you should be informed of.

1. The 'don't hit before asking' rule is no longer in play. There are certain times when there would be -no- way for another Nequus or familiar to avoid said strike. Many times something will happen before another Nequus even has a chance to blink. In such cases an 'auto-hit' is acceptable. This helps prevent lame powerplaying and makes RP far more realistic. If you are having any problems with this, don't feel nervous to PM the mule. I'll be happy to read the RP and take care of it.

2. Your Nequus -can- die. Any injuries that they get, depending on where they are placed could be fatal. If you don't wish your Nequus to die, then make sure that they either run away or your opponent will stop before a critical turning point in health would be reached. This is, again, to make it as realistic as possible. Life isn't happy-go-lucky everyone lives forever and gets reincarnated like Fawkes. Nequus are -mortal-

~ That being said, if your Nequus is to die, you have two options.
a. Be refunded in full with another Nequus. If you had a custom, it's another custom, if you have a FS so forth it's another random coloring. No charge. This does not apply if your Nequus dies of old age or the like. That is a natural process that cant be avoided.
b. You can only do this if you don't chose option a, and visa versa. I roll from 1-20 in the thread. If the number 2 comes up your Nequus comes out a ghost. Any other number and your Nequus is simply presumed dead.
