ok, saying days (3rd,4th etc.) is not easy. there are irregualritie and it not made with -me but -nichi/-kka. moth are easy so i quickly cover those
first we satrt with how say date (normal way): [year]年 (nen) [month]月(gatsu) [day]日(nichi/-kka)
so today is: 2006年6月26日 (nisenrokunen rokugatsu nijuugonichi)

January - 睦月 (mutsuki, emotion month)
February - 衣更着 (kinusaragi, change clothes)
March - 弥生 (yayoi, new life)
April - 卯月 (uzuki, rabbit month)
May - 早月 (satsuki, fast month)
June - 水無月 minazuki, water month)
July - 文月 (fumizuki, literature month)
August - 葉月 (hazuki, leaf month)
September - 長月 (nagatsuki, long month)
October - 神無月 ( kaminazuki, no god month)
神有月 (kamiarizuki, god month – only at Izumo , it belive all god here at this month)
November - 霜月 (shimotsuki, frost month)
December - 師走 (shiwasu, priests run)

all these can mean either the [number]-nd, -rd, or -th or a number of days. ex. mikka means the 3rd day and 3 days. except tsuitachi. ichijitsu means one day. it is written same way

also i should tell how to do time:
in japan we use 24 hour clock. there are word for am/pm but they not important.
there is, like math, a formula to japanese time= [hour]時(ji) [minute]分(fun)
so the time i wrote this message in japan it was:
1時 55分 (ichiji gojuugofun)
1:55 am

(also remember ４人 and ７人 read yonin and shichinin, and if you do not about ２人 and １人 (futari and hitori) you are an idiot
