um, i got a red spot on my p***s, and it feels like a pimple or something but i dunno, some help? sweatdrop

I'm sorry I'm not entirly sure what it is, but I know that you should avoid touching it or picking at it, lest it become an open sore, especially untill you know what it is. Also, make sure you really wash your hands after touching it, should it be something contagious.
