Honestly, I'm too wound up right now to read it completely, but I've been reading several articles on the Day of Truth lately, and that one seems similar, though I did take the time to read yours. I don't agree with the first article, and I think the whole speaking the truth this is a bit vague...but yes, sorry, I'll think about this more and write a more intelligent reply, but right now, yeah, I really do like your article though ^_^

I saw no action on Day of Truth. Then again, I only saw action on day of silence because I instigated it. I think I'm ont of the only ones in my school who didn't cheat though.

I heard about that and was very angry. As you said, it's two different topics. And if it was countering the Day of Silence, that means that they support hate crimes towards homosexuals. Now what's up with that? They can disagree and preach, but it's against their religion to be violent in any way. So they aren't listening to their Bible too much if they want to counter the Day of Silence. 3nodding
I've yet to see any action for the Day of Truth... yet. I'm sure I will next year though, since it has all year to get around. This makes me rather sad...

And I hope the Day of Silence along with other efforts will (not completly, but) widen the accpents of GLBT kids by the time the next Day of Silence rolls around and before Day of Truth.

I agree with you. Since the Day of Truth is promoting against homosexuality and passing out t-shirts and fliers, I would consider that harrassment.

And ontop of that, they're not even about the same subject. Though I can be happy to say I didn't see anyone partisapate in the day of truth.
