inuyashafan34 i dont really understand what ur trying to say She's trying to say, i think like a signature thing for the guild like everybody have the guild banner in there sig or something like that.

We also could use some more interesting contests, I dunno like maybe a banner contest the best Inuyasha look-alike or better yet character look-alike, the best Inuyasha episode write up(Whoever makes up the best Inuyasha episode). Just to name a few.

Yes, I get alot of those ideas but first of all no one is active enough to do that sort of thing we barely have enough people for roleplay, and I am a bit broke at the moment which is odd, but I am trying.

We should have a sticky or something to put the Inuyasha petitions of gaia in so that people can sign them. You know have a place where you can put Inuyasha petition banners.

I know of one really good one it's a petition for the swords like the Tetsaiga.

You asked for ways to improve the guild. I haven't been a member long but I have noticed that a lot of your rules have been broken. I would suggest deleting the posts that brake rules, and making a warning system, so after a certain number of violations you ban them. Or depending on the severity of their violation just banning them.
I understand that, this would take a lot of man power, so I would suggest PM'ing a loyal guild member to a certain task. Such as, someone who goes after members that brake the rule, by posting "Kikyo is a filthy whore" as a topic. This person's sole job would be to root out these problems and post, and warn these member and inform you if the problem continues.
Or if you get to many members with power, then double up some of the lesser jobs.
Another suggestion would be to start warning inactive members. I understand, that someone might have a reason, so they should be given a pass or something. However if you haven't posted in a year, but your avatar is still active, it goes to say that you are most likely not going to post in the guild again. By weeding out the inactive members you will most likely weed out a lot of members yes, but you will have more space for serious members and a familiarity with them. Instead of nameless member number 2, 008.
These are just a few suggestions, that would help make this guild a more comfortable and fun place.
By the way, I believe you should add sub-forums for other animes, that would attract more members.

ok, i have notested that this guild isn't organized.... no offens im just telling you. so what if we cleaned out the fourm from posts that aren't active. and re make the role playing fourm.
