Sat 30 July 1378 "Mom"Zenile made a morning call. Today the rehearsal was cancelled because Chris and Manager were not available. I could have a free day home. So I determined to do the cleaning.
Grant was not home. I dunno where he went. But that's fine. He always didn't want me clean his room when he's around. So today I'd take the chance to clean his room as well.
Never once that Grant's room stopped amaze me with its untidiness. Everything in this room is messed up. Even his undies are scattering around. When will he grow up?... And these condoms... How shameful. Well, At least he never took his chicks home. Or Dad and Mom would have headache in heaven. I mumbled while doing the cleaning.
A piece of crumpled paper at the room's corner caught my eyes. A portrait was partly seen so I smoothed it out... It was a portrait of... that girl who slapped on my face... Milra...? Actually it was long time I haven't seen his drawing. I kept the paper in my pocket and continue hoovering. Then I found something unexpectedly.
It was a sketchbook... Grant's sketchbook... I took liberty to flip over. There're full of girls' portraits ranged from younger to older with names and dates on each page. I guess these are girls he's been dating with. Looks like he changed his date every week...
But at the very last page (despite the pages are still not full) a portrait of a certain woman I could never forget was there. Although Grant couldn't draw her precisely because his memory of her maybe too vague. But the details and the atmosphere of the pic made me know it's her... Mom's portrait...
3-4 pages were torn away. Milra was one of them. Does it mean that these girls are "not qualified"? I looked for more sketchbooks and found 3 more in the closet. Under the most inner piles of clothes. Each book has black cover and in exactly same design. Every book has "Mom's portrait" at its last page with some pages get torn away. The oldest one was dated 2 years ago. He was around 15-16, at his most aggressive years of age.
One thing I can notice from these drawings is most of the girls looks "mature" with certain characteristics close to Mom's or gave the same air of Mom's.
Probably his flirtatious behavior is a reaction for maternal love...? But why did he kept changing his dates as well as hit and run?... Bad habit never changed all these years... huh.
Grant returned in the evening. I fed him dinner. His behavior is same as yesterday's. Exhausted, silent, eat, wash, and sleep. I was surprised he didn't mention a word about me cleaning his room without his permission. What happened to him?...

By the way, this is "Milra's portrait" I retreived from Grant's room. I'd kept it in my diary for this girl is a page of my history.
Tomorrow morning I must seriously discuss this with Adriana. Speaking of Adriana... I thought I saw her portrait in one of Grant's sketchbooks. I made a new assumption that the girls he drew were those he dated and those he knew... I guess so...
