Katie MacAlister writes books that are somewhat similar to the Anita books. They have lots of fun humor, and of course, sexy fanged wonders. At the moment, there are only three books in the series, but I'm hoping she writes more soon...

I saw those at the bookstore! They were in the romance section, though, so how could they be less racy than the Anita ones that are in the Fantasy section? Then again, Kushiel's Dart is also in the Fantasy section...but yeah, I'm going to get those sometime in the near future! They looked neat!

I have heard of this series online at places like Amazon when looking up what other people who purchased the Anita series buy. I never read any plot summaries or looked for them in stores. I'll have to add it to my list. I'm always looking for new stories to get into.

o.o oh....is that what those books were? XD I noticed her books in stores but never thought to pick one up. I thought they were real guides to the "real" vampire world. XD

YES! I love Katie Macalisters books too. I have read all the ones I could get my hands on. Those three are my facorites.
