Mom: She's okay with it, though it does bug her sometimes (like when I was singing MotN on the plane from London).

Dad: About the same as Mom, but more interested in the phacts of Phantom (GAH! I have ph-disease now!), and of course I'm happy to tell him and compare my findings to his.

Non-phan friends: They just tune out when I start talking about Phantom, but the few who have seen it sometimes ask me about several things. (eg. When I was talking to Katherine today, she said she had finally finished seeing the 2004 movie and had had the soundtrack for a few months now. Then she asked me "Why the 'hand at the level of your eyes' thing?" I told her about the Punjab lasso and all, and she thanked me. Woo! I was helpful! Katherine might be becoming a fan. ^^)

Fan friends: They sometimes talk with me about it, but I'm getting the feeling that they think I'm acting a little too phanish around them. But... oh well! (One of my PotO fan friends is Dennis, who wrote a Phantom-related comment in my yearbook!)

Phanphriends: I don't have very many. But when I'm with one, it's GREAT! Phantom talk ahoy! WHOOT! Ryoko (the converted, woo!) and I usually gush over Erik and the like, while Emma and I usually sing Phantom songs at the top of our lungs.

Me: It's MC! *fake-faints*
Ryoko: MC? Wa?
Me: Michael Crawford... original stage Erik... you know...
Ryoko: Oh yeah!!! =D *fake-faints also*
Me: *dances*
Ryoko: I still think that Christine should have gone with Erik!
Me: Me too! Poor Eriiiiik! *tear*
Ryoko: *sniff*
