I still can't belive it's been 15 years since Sonic came in the scene sweatdrop heart ! I remember when I first play sonic, which was back in late 2001. I felt like I was actually Sonic himself, runing though loops paths 3nodding heart . Tell me why Sonic is important to you heart And Why you love him 3nodding biggrin heart !!!!

Nice! I seriously wonder how many of today's Sonic gamers just haven't played the original on the grounds that there's not been a recent enough format to buy and run it on (the perils of having a franchise which is older than its target demographic smile ).

Sonic isn't the one that's important to me - Tails is. smile That's why I only came to the franchise with Sonic 2: Sonic just isn't cute enough.

Why hug something scowling that looks as though you'd get ripped to shreds on the angles, when there's a happy little fuzzball fox to play with? wink

But if it wasn't for Sonic, there'd be no Tails. So thank you, Sonic! smile

It's kinda weird to think about the idea of him being 15 years old now. It's makes me feel both old and proud to be a fan at the same time. Not many games last this long and still holding strong to it's title.

I nthink the Mega collections might have introduced quite a few to it.

There was also an independant pc version a while back, but it didn't get an awful lot of fanfare.
