Before I get into anything else with this, I would like to tell you a story. ‘Tis predictably about the guild, but read on anyway.

One day, I decided that I wanted to make an RP in the Barton Town Forums. I came up with a nice little story for it and even went so far as to try to keep it alive for days on end. The fun thing is that it actually kind of worked. Now, I was on Gaia, but my friend Jade wasn’t…so I persuaded her to create an account on it because we were both working on a guild together on Neopets so I thought it would be fun to get her to role-play with me on Gaia. Obviously, she did; she logged on under the name Faithofthefallen.
So, I got her into role-playing with me in, what I called, Dark Angel Thief Clan Chronicles: Rebellion. As you can see, I was and still am fond of the word ‘chronicles’ ^_^.
Anyway, we decided that since this was a rather large RP and there were so many people that we would create a guild! Thus, we did what me and Faith do best, we plotted. We would raise the funds together and whoever had more would get the gold from the other person and they would be the guild leader.
Heheh, as some of you may know, I am rather impatient…thus after just three days of saving up, I sold an item I swore I would never sell; my Goti Clips. I sold them for 20k and went on to purchase this guild.

I bought the guild from a guy named Ultima Squall. Not that the name really means anything to me, but what the hell, he’s the dude that made this possible by selling me a guild. Anyway, shortly after buying the guild, I called Faith up and told her to log on. We set it up and began to recruit. Suffice to say, we didn’t get very many members in the beginning and posts were few and far between. Eventually, Faith’s Method was born. Most of you were actually recruited via Faith’s Method, ‘tis where she surfs through Barton Town and invites people that look like they would enjoy our guild and be literate at the same time. Anyway, we eventually recruited a person by the name of Denkiteki Kesshi Rune. At the time, Faith had finally convinced me to give up my treasured thief rebellion plot, and we set up a suggestion-like thread. Some of you may remember it as the Vault of Plots or something of the sort. Well, Rune apparently took one look at that thread and proceeded to crank out FOUR different plots for us to use. We ended up using number…four I think. This was at a time when our attendance was in a slump…early September I believe. Me and Faith began one of our traditions, ignoring the English teacher in favor of plotting for our guild. We got in trouble a number of times, though some of our best plots came from the English classroom. We would also plot in my grandma’s living room. We would sit on the old, dusty recycled couches with our notebooks and pencils and talk about random things, just letting our minds wander. That’s when we came up with the name for Rune’s fourth plot. A plot in which there were twelve kingdoms and twelve assassinations. (Though in the end, all of them were not carried out.) Thus the name Demon Chronicles: Twelve Sins was born. We had the name, now we needed the kingdom names. I remember meeting up with Megami in Art and pondering names…or at least that was our goal. ^_^ We would end up talking about random things, though when the bell rang I made Megami quickly jot down random cool sounding words and that was how we got six of the Kingdoms.
When Faith made the very first map, I remember having to scan it and finding out that gran’s seven year old scanner didn’t work as well as I thought it would. (Note that while I’m typing this I have a fond smile on my face. I really do love this guild.)
I remember when we would try to revive the guild every time it would get in a slump, every time we tried for events. Then I remember when the sub forums came out, they are a blessing let me tell you. Christmas of ‘05 was a blast, even though I kind of ignored the guild in favor of family and friends…and DDR. (:guilt: )
Maybe some of the crew will remember the meeting I called for the new year. That was fun, and then the event that followed! I don’t ever remember having so much fun with the guild, not before then and not since then. There was so much to do for that, but I had a blast anyway. Coming up with things on the spot, holding the threat of a plot bomb over your heads, it was all just soooo much fun. Even when Auren and Souloe were whining at me about god-moding and the like. (You are both crew members, fight amongst yourselves…I don’t care as long as you don’t piss me off with it.)
When I wrote the ending for the plot, I got it out in two days…that must be a record for me…then we came out with the new plot. (Though there was indeed a two week break in which hardly any RP-ing went on…)

Suffice to say, this guild has a lot of memories for me, and I hope for everyone else. I’m going to make a couple of threads and I would like it if everyone would post in them.

I would like it if some of the older crew and members could post some of the story that they remember, or some fond memory of the guild in this thread.

Please don't post until I say something to that effect.
