Ceiba. The center of the Water element. This city floats in the center of a large, inland lake. Large wooden rafts form the base of the city.
Small, lightweight huts are built upon the rafts, serving as homes for the adults. While the rafts float about a bit due to the slight current and small waves, the largest raft, in the very center of this large lake, holds the center of learning. This raft is large enough to almost be thought a small island and is held to the lakefloor permanently in place.
The rafts are connected by smaller floating rafts, close enough for people to easily walk across, though sometimes you have to jump when the rafts get dragged about from time to time. Small canoes are used to travel between the city and the shore..
