This will work like my "What would you do if..." thread, however its different in the way that you need to ask a question why, it can be about; religion, politics, or anything inbetween. I shall start once again and have a poll:
Why is it that the Jews seem to be the scapegoats of the world? And why is it that the Jews are blamed for the death of Jesus Christ? It seriously wasn't our fault, he was killed by the Romans, and in fact he was Jewish, but why do people say that we "killed their Lord"? It seriously wasn't our fault.

Why? Naw, Im just messing with you. Wasn't it the Jews though who voted that he should be killed along with the other two thiefs, crucified? The Roman empire decided that it was getting out of hand and their popularity with the people might be affected if they killed a person with such momentum, so they let the Jewish folk decided.
But back to the present, it's one of those things where people are blamed for something your ancestors did. "Hey Alex, I heard your great-great-great-great-grandfather was enemies with my great-great-great-great-grandfather! I hate you!" Ya know, that kinda junk.

Yes however the one who ended up deciding ultimatly was a single Rabbi in Rome who was pretty much forced to make that decision by the Romans in the first place, because essentially the Romans made sure that he knew that if he didn't make his people decide in the ways the Romans wanted then the Romans would make life increasingly harder for the Jews. It seriously wasn't our fault, and it doesn't mean that we should be the targets of scapegoating, genocides, racial slurs, and prejiduce for a single event, on top of that, Jews have been persecuted by...Well pretty much everyone ((Cept the Asians who had no contact with Judaism)) for the entire 5000 years of our existence...I guess what I'm trying to say is, isn't it time people gave us a break, I mean seriously, what have we ever done to anyone else?

Yeah, things have cooled down for Jews lately. They are still a hot topic when it comes to prejudice, but now the world appears far more civilised to just kill off Jews for no reasons. But seriously, you guys caught a lucky break. Not to discriminate, but most North American Jews have more money than the average person.
