Gaughan It just seems that everytime Gaia gets a redesign...EVERYONE hates it. It was the same for the last design xd Sorry, I just find it sorta funny... I liked the last design a lot.

I liked the last design a lot. I liked it too. But I remember an uproar once it was released. I'm always in the middle when ti comes to redesigns. But on this one, it is just not good compared to the last design. I wonder how we'll be with the next design xp

What the ******** is the stupidest thing I've ever seen on Gaia. It looks like it's intended for little kids.
Seriously, why can't the admins just leave everything alone? We don't need anymore help getting around Gaia. We were fine with the original layout, then they changed it to make it even harder to get to just the damn forums. And now it looks like the back of a box of Frosted Flakes.
This is sshhhhhhit!
EDIT: Damn! Look at the Site Feedback Forum. Almost all feedback on the change is negative. The only people that aren't complaining are people that are blatantly trying to kiss a** to the admins.

It just looks cheaply done.
The old layout at least was reminiscent of the original layout.
I think we sholud just be able to chose.

Having Navigation on the bottom is a VERY stupid idea, because if your clicking through the site fast, its stupid to have to scroll down every time to get somewhere faster then the top naviEVERYONE HELP SUPORRT MY THREAD Dont like the current layout?

Personally....I've seen better XHTML. I understand that XHTML is easier overal for upkeep, but graphics wise.....its sevierly subpar.......
I dont like how everything goes all the way over......its a little pet peeve of mine about coding......

I think my main problem is the fact every time I click on a link.....I have to wait for it to load a page, so I can click another link, and wait for another page......before I see anything remotely familiar.

Also the Amount of Lag,White Space and the fact that the website is looking like its aimed more towards Newbies now has me mad. today I barley posted at all becuse of the horrible lag and I usally get around 100 or more post A day but its almost impossibal now to post whith out getting stuck on A page and such.

I'm seriously thinking about quitting Gaia, if only for a while.
It's not even because of the layout. It has some potential, even if I don't personally like it. The only thing I really have a problem with is the lame graphic that replaced the anime characters on the top banner. The menu thing doesn't even bother me, since I use bookmarks to get to all my favorite threads and forums.
It's more because of the way things are being run. Mods abusing their powers and holding grudges against certain people, admins that have a particular taste and don't give a s**t that 80% of Gaia wants the layout changed back or into something else, and the overall refusal to add more mods and helpers to the VGD, when obviously the current number is insufficient.
I'm troubled by the fact that they made a sticky in the feedback forum for people to comment on the layout. Roughly 80% of all of the people that posted didn't like it. Yet, none of the admins, mods, or anyone else were commenting, and then I see this. Here, we see that they're not planning on changing back the layout, or are planning on changing it. What the ******** is the feedback sticky for, if you're not going to change anything when the overwhelming majority of Gaia is opposed to the layout change?
The only reason for it can be that they merely wanted a place for people to post all their praise. Well, ********. You've got a whopping 20% of Gaians appreciative, roughly 10% of which are kissing a** so you don't ban them, or because they think you'll make them mods.
How the hell did they make this thing? What were they thinking? Especially when they made that picture of the bi-curious kids. Did they not look back at the Gaia anime characters, and think "...Wait. This ******** sucks."
