BWAHAHA i beat all 3 forms without even getting kotr or omnislash, and almost all my summons were only about level 2 and my average party was about level 40-50

The first time i played through FF7, I beat Sephiroth at lvl 33. It took more than one try. The next time I came through I was at like level 80 and I beat him without realizing it. Lesson is, it's possible to beat him at 33 and it gets easier and easier based on your level. And I suppose a little on your materia, as long as you don't equip senseless things like steal and such, because it IS the last battle in the game... rofl

The first time I kind of rushed the game, so it was a little hard - but the next two times it was very easy. Sephiroth is nothing compared to the Weapons anyway.

I think I've finished the game 3 times now, and so far it's been three completely different setups:
1) lv.50 average, no kotr - generally with very little.
2) lv.75 average, kotr and a few ultimate weapons.
3) lv.99 average, all materia (final attack+phoenix = biggrin ). ULTIMACY!!!
Yes, I really spent that long to master the game.

oh yeh if u wanna no how beefed up i got my guys, i beat sephiroth pretty much using cloud only to atk wile the others just support, and i equipped cloud with the bustersword rofl.well i admit i uised kotr rofl but still using only cloud to atk was tricky,but easy enough.

I'd say get your health up to 9999 hit points, and get the Knights of the Round summon.

Well on his first form if you have enough materia you can fight with 6 charcters instead of three so that really helps move things a little faster. On his second form all you really need to do is cast debarrier after he puts up the wall and then do omnislash. His third form shouldn't give you any trouble.

I have defeated all three forms of sephiroth I found that he was easy if you save your limit breaks for him.

I wouldn't train much so my guys were really weak when I battled him they were somewhere in the 50's I cant quite remember my team was Barret, Tifa and Cloud.

I use Cloud, Barret and Vincent. I used Barret and Vincent final Limit but haven't got it for Cloud and I still beat him easily. You just need to go all out against him and don't bother saving Elixir as it is the final fight in the game

Well thats understandible because hes the hardest and greatest villian of all time. Wat i did is use cait siths grand roullete ability and pwnd in about 3 turns on his last form not so hard to do either it also helps on the weapons like ruby.

Am I the only one who beat Safer Sephiroth with no KOtR? I generally just made one person a healer, and beat the crap out of him with the other two, mostly just normal attacks and a few limit breaks. Cloud and Barett were my attackers, and some other person was my healer. All you really need is some HP+ materia, one person with Cure3 with all, and Esuna. That and a healthy supply of Phoenix Downs. I can't remember what l;evel I was, but I know I wasn't under or overleveled. Wait, I lied. I actually summoned Bahamut ZERO once or twice.

I have defeated Sephiroth in ever game I was pitted against him.
Final fantasy seven, Ehrgeiz, Kingdom hearts and Crisis Core.
Fought Sephiroth in Final fantasy seven with my buster sword.
I was hoping that some how I could lose in the fight following Safer.
