Anyone hear Amanda by herself before she was in the Dresden Dolls?
I have some songs that are "labeled" Amanda being solo but I'm not sure if they are..tell me if these are her solo's:
heart Blake Says heart
heart Echo Gallery heart
heart Sandy's Song heart
heart June is Busting Out All Over heart
heart Mary's Surgeon heart

They're all amazing songs - you should download them. You can do it legally at this site..I can't remember the name, but it's sponsored by DD themselves.

Yes. Sandy's Song is so sad... If you go to our Albums & Lyrics subforum there is a sticky called Legal Downloads. There you can find the above mentioned songs as well as covers and live performances by The Dresden Dolls.

Amarantine, are you thinking of www.automaticjoy.com? They have a bunch of live songs, covers, and Amanda's solos. Those songs are GREAT by the way. ^__^ I like her older version of Slide, too.

I've heard a few of those. I liked Echo Gallery.
She did a cover of Favourite Things, from the Sound of Music. Was that from a similar time also?
