OK, I've got a question now. Does anyone here know the exact reasons why the 1996 Doctor Who television movie won't be released on DVD here in the US?

ps- I've already got it on DVD! It's burnt from the VHS recording of the movie and I got it as a gift from a friend's dad.

Exact reasons? Not really. But I know it has something to do with licensing and Fox network.
