Koenma told Yusuke to stop picking on her for her hair and that it was naturally that color (Sensui; Yusuke and Kuwabara were eating lunch outside during the school day and Botan comes running up to them saying "There's basd news!" To which Yusuke responded "What? did the store run out of your blue hair dye?" ...If I knew where she bought it from, I'd have it already, trust me.)
