RP Manager Responsibilities and Payment

Responsibilities
- Journal Check every week to two weeks.
- Small in-shop RP at least once a month.
- Aid in developing ideas for spells, levels, creatures, and abilities.

Payment
- 1 custom Calling Garden pet of choice (except Lumien)
- After 2 months of service, a second custom Calling Garden pet of choice (except Lumien)
- Both pets are to be colored by Trio Maxwell-Chang
